B-Spex Trading Ltd. offers all services below on behalf of its members according to the following conditions.

Guest Usage

Guest usage of our system is granted under the condition of intention of membership. If you are not interested in importing cars through us then please do not apply.

Membership

Upon receipt of a refundable 100,000¥ deposit you will be set up with a membership account with us, this enables you to have full use of our online auction access service, you can communicate for us to purchase behalf according to the conditions you provide. Membership can be revoked by your account becoming inactive - deposit will be returned to you(bank charges may apply), payment problems and other unlikely misuse of your account.

Purchase of Vehicles

We purchase vehicles on your behalf upon the conditions you set at the rate of agreed commission. You must fully intend to make the purchase, being able to pay for your car right away and be able to pay all other import costs including shipping etc. All vehicles will be carefully hand checked by our staff when not otherwise stated.

Cancellation of purchase

If your agreed conditions are met on the purchase of the car, then all cancellation fee's and costs will be your responsibility(We will help you in this process to keep your costs down as much as possible). In the unlikely event of us purchasing a car that do not meet up to your previously communicated conditions then we will cover fee's incurred. However we cannot be held responsible for conditions that you have not communicated to us and unexpected damage that is incurred upon international shipping.

Payment

Payment is presently available by TT. However LC, credit card and PayPal options are being planned. Under our standard FOB service he price of the car and our export fee are all you have to pay on the Japan side, all shipping and import fee's are your responsibility at destination. For more information on our export fee please contact us.

Insurance

Insurance is an option and is not included in our standard service. But if you do require insurance it is your responsibility to communicate this to us.
